Award Ceremony at the Savoy
The Prince welcomes his guests and award winners to his Annual Awards Ceremony. This event takes place in The Lancaster Suite at The Savoy each year in December. We ask two representatives from each winning team to arrive by 10.30am. Please see booking a table for further details.
When The Prince arrives at 11.45am he welcomes, congratulates and talks to two representatives from each winning team. Award winners then meet the Minister.
At 12.30pm we enter the Ballroom, The Prince gives his speech and award winners are publically congratulated while a power point presentation is running. After this we enjoy a three course lunch with wine.
All Award Winners who attend the Annual Awards Ceremony will be rehearsed in case they are the recipient.
Useful opportunities for networking
There are various opportunities to network at the annual Awards Ceremony. Award winners who are to meet The Prince are invited on arrival at 10.30am to have coffee and croissants. You will be introduced to other award winners of similar interests.
After your rehearsal you will join your group in the River Room upstairs before meeting The Prince and Minister. Afterwards you will mingle amongst the other 400 road safety professionals over drinks. After lunch in the Ballroom we have extra coffee available for anyone who wishes in a separate room.

This award is announced and presented by Prince Michael at the Annual Awards Ceremony. It is given to the most outstanding winner of any category
